This historic property was constructed in 1909 by Leon Heyman and was originally the “Houma Bargain Store”. Situated along Main St. and Bayou Terrebonne this property flourished as a mercantile which provided various goods from clothing to supplies. In the early 70’s the business closed and the family donated the property to Terrebonne Parish and it later became Houma City Court
